Founded in 2008, Roundhouse is a fully integrated developer and operator of multifamily housing.  Starting with a single condominium purchased amidst the financial crisis in 2009, we have since developed and acquired a portfolio of over 6,000 multifamily homes.

Today, Roundhouse focuses exclusively on providing high quality housing options in emerging cities across the Western United States.  We own and operate $1.5bn in multi-family communities across 5 states - all with long-term investment horizons. Leadership Team

The Finance and Accounting team at Roundhouse is responsible for managing the financial operations and ensuring the fiscal health of the company. This includes overseeing the accounting for property transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing financial reporting and analysis. The Controller leads the team to ensure accuracy in financial statements, compliance with financial regulations, and the execution of effective financial strategies to support Roundhouse's long-term investment goals.
