Erika Durst

Erika Durst has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Publicist and Marketing Associate at Webster & Associates Public Relations & Marketing from 2012 to 2013. Erika then moved on to become the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Hedley Entertainment in 2013, followed by a role as an Executive-level Administrator at Revenue Platforms in 2017. In 2018, they transitioned to Patient Services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they remained until 2020. Erika then became an Analytics Consultant and Analytics Account Manager at Premise Health until 2022, when they assumed their current role as Lead of Customer Success at RoundingWell.

Erika Durst completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Michigan State University and their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from Trevecca Nazarene University between 2018 and 2020.
