Viktor Makhankov is the CEO and Co-Founder of LeadsLab, where they lead a global design and analytics team that supports over 40 mobile publishers. Since 2017, Viktor has been instrumental in developing structured multi-team setups and internal testing frameworks, enhancing creative optimization and productivity. Previously, Viktor served as the Local Leader for The Interaction Design Foundation in Ukraine, building the community through UX meet-ups and mentoring local leaders.
