Maria Pappas is a Senior Instructional Designer with a wealth of experience in designing and implementing training programs. With a background in telecommunications and psychology, Maria has worked in various roles such as Learning and Development Specialist, Trainer, Project Writer, and Phone Contact Team Lead. Maria holds a Master of Science in Education and has a passion for creating effective training materials to enhance the learning experience for employees.

In 2019, we set out on a mission to transform the way employees learn. It became clear to our team that organizations were looking for ways to engage their learners and ignite excitement about development programs.
