Sean Waters is an instructional designer with experience in managing learning designers specializing in system simulations. Sean has held various roles in learning and development, performance improvement, and training throughout their career at companies such as Roundtable Learning, PNC, Signet, Sterling Jewelers Inc., and Panther Expedited Services. Sean holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education/English from Grove City College.

In 2019, we set out on a mission to transform the way employees learn.
