Amanda Yang

Amanda Yang has a robust background in intellectual property law, with a career spanning nearly two decades. Starting as a Paralegal at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office from January 2004 to February 2006, Amanda then progressed to a Trademark Paralegal role at China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. from March 2006 to April 2008. Following this, Amanda served as Trademark Counsel at Wan Hui Da IP Agency from May 2008 to September 2010. Currently, since October 2010, Amanda has held the position of Principal at Rouse, where responsibilities include trademark portfolio management, administrative litigations, and client representation at court hearings. Amanda's academic credentials include a Juris Master in Intellectual Property Law from Peking University (2015-2017) and an ongoing Master of Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong (2023-2025).
