Holly White

Holly White has diverse work experience spanning various government departments and international organizations. Holly began their career in 2007 as a Special Projects Manager and Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Communities and Local Government. Holly also served as a Private Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and the Director General for Regions in the same department.

In 2008, Holly joined the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills as a Senior Policy Advisor focusing on the National Minimum Wage. Holly later moved to the Cabinet Office, where they worked as a Desk Officer in the Legislation Secretariat.

From 2010 to 2013, Holly held senior positions at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, including Senior Private Secretary to the Minister for Universities and Science, where they coordinated and achieved the Minister's domestic and international objectives.

Holly then joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2013 as the Regional Head of Science and Innovation Network for Asia Pacific. In this role, they led a team and developed strategies for UK-China collaboration in science and innovation.

Since 2017, Holly has been working at Rouse, where they started as a Senior Consultant for Intellectual Assets, providing specialized advice on business set-up, legal structures, and risk mitigation in China. Currently, they serve as the Head of Service Development, Digital & Commercial, overseeing multinational brands and technology companies in managing IP, brand, and regulatory risk in China's digital environment.

Throughout their career, Holly has shown a strong focus on international collaboration, strategy development, and risk management, particularly within the context of China.

Holly White attended Surbiton High School from 1995 to 2000. Holly then went on to Esher College from 2000 to 2002, studying History, Politics, and Economics. Holly further pursued their education at The University of Manchester from 2002 to 2005, focusing on Politics and Modern History.
