Merli Koorm

Merli Koorm is currently the Global Trade Mark Formalities Manager at Rouse, where they lead global teams and enhance operational processes for trade mark management. With an international background from studies and work experiences in Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Germany, and Estonia, Merli thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments. They have previously held roles as an IP Paralegal at Marks & Clerk and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Charltons Law. Merli has also contributed as a voluntary teacher at the Luxembourg Estonian School, blending education with cultural programs. They hold a Trade Mark Paralegal qualification from CITMA and a degree in Secretariat and Human Resources from Tartu Vocational Education Centre.
