Tim Smith is a Principal at Rouse Consultancy, where Tim serves as the Global Head of Consultancy, leading practices in multiple countries. With experience in advising businesses on intellectual property strategy and litigation, Tim has a specialism in managing IP protection and enforcement in China. Prior to joining Rouse, Tim worked as a Senior Legal Adviser & Litigation Manager at IFPI and as an Intellectual Property Lawyer at Ashurst. Tim holds degrees in Mathematics, Law, and Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
