Don Smith

Don Smith is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience across four continents, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Roush Performance Products. Smith previously held key leadership roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including Head of EU Dodge & Ram Specialty Sales and CEO of FCA Egypt, where they successfully drove significant revenue growth and managed complex operations. With a strong background in international management and fluency in five languages, Smith's career showcases expertise in sales, marketing, and cross-cultural communication. An alumnus of Thunderbird School of Global Management, Smith holds an MBA in International Management and a BA in French and International Relations from The Ohio State University.
