Welcome to ROUSSEAU Chocolatier - Truly Extraordinary

At ROUSSEAU Chocolatier, we create exceptional chocolate experiences that honour tradition, celebrate local abundance, and elevate every moment. Founded by a French Master Chocolatier and a Nova Scotian hospitality expert, our atelier blends time-honoured European technique with the purity and poetry of locally sourced ingredients.

Each award-winning confection is handcrafted with care—from velvety ganaches to sea-kissed caramels—and presented in packaging designed to reflect the beauty of the East Coast. Our collections are as intentional as they are indulgent, favoured by luxury hotels, global tastemakers, and discerning chocolate lovers alike.

From diplomatic gifts and five-star amenities to weddings and corporate gestures, we invite you to discover a world where sustainability, artistry, and storytelling meet—one exquisite bite at a time.
