Jared Wakefield

Jared Wakefield is an accomplished professional with a passion for people and processes. They served as the Director of Operations and Executive Pastor at View Church from 2017 to 2020, where they managed logistics and partnered with the Lead Pastor to realize the organization's vision. Prior to that, Jared worked as the Human Resources Director at Vossler Media Group, overseeing recruiting and onboarding while fostering creative policies. They held various roles in human resources, including Corporate Recruiter and HR Generalist at SaltWorks®, Inc. Jared currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Routable, continuing to enhance employee experiences and processes.
