Mark Brook is a Lead Implementation Consultant at Route 101 Ltd., specializing in Zendesk practices since 2020. Prior to this, Mark served as a Senior Implementation Manager at Qualsys Ltd. from 2016 to 2020, where they managed end-to-end implementations of Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions across various industries. Mark's career began in the British Army, where they served as an Infantry Soldier from 2005 to 2010, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2008. Mark is currently continuing their education at Newfield Secondary School.
