Eric Kobe

Eric Kobe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and investment across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO at Route since July 2025, Eric also partners and invests at xffirmers, focusing on fintech, eCommerce, and B2B Software since January 2021. Prior roles include CEO of Koalafi, CEO of Groundspeed, where significant operational leadership was also undertaken as COO, and Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Affirm, Inc. Eric's career began with leadership roles at Wiser Solutions, Navigant, and FTI Consulting. Eric holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia.
