Robert Brown has a long and varied work experience. Robert began their career in 2000 as the CEO of autoXel, developing part of the J2C automotive e. commerce and portal initiative. In 2002, they founded RB Consulting and served as the CEO until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they were the CEO of RJDB Consulting, providing consultancy and interim management to support start-ups, growing companies, investors and entrepreneurs. During this time, they also served as the Chairman of Feonic Vibration Technology from 2016 to 2019, where they developed an autonomous wireless sensor using energy harvesting from vibration. In 2013, they were the Commercial Director of Arrowvale Electronics, a UK based company focused on the design and manufacture of rail approved electronic products. Robert also served as the Senior Technical Consultant for Angel Trains Limited from 2013 to 2019, where they researched and wrote their corporate strategy for Data Communications to their rail vehicles. From 2010 to 2016, they were the CEO and Director of Global Corporate Development for Nomad Digital Inc, where they were instrumental in winning contracts worth $50m. Robert was also the Director of Operations for Nomad Digital Ltd from 2005 to 2010, where they were responsible for guiding customers through the process of requirements definition and assisting with their technology and applications strategy. In 2016, they became the Executive Chairman of RazorSecure, providing proactive intrusion detection software to protect small scale networks. Finally, in 2019, they became the Commercial Director of Route Reports, revolutionising the transport industry by combining Data Analysis and Smart Sensors.
Robert Brown completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from Shefield University between 1967 and 1968. Robert then attended Malvern College between 1963 and 1967. Finally, they earned a BA in Business Studies from the City of London Business School between 1969 and 1971.
