With extensive experience as a Real Estate Broker since October 2005, Chad has also held significant operational leadership roles, including Vice President of Field Operations at Lessen, Inc., where responsibilities involved planning and launching services for a tech start-up, and Regional Director of Operations at Homee and Silver Bay, focusing on revenue growth and operational efficiencies in property management. Earlier career achievements include founding CARTER APPRAISAL GROUP LLC, managing Good Cents Mortgage, LLC, and serving as a Flight Operations Sergeant in the US Army, where contributions included developing the Flight Operations Center at the Army Apache Longbow Training Facility.
