Peter Chodos

Peter Chodos has extensive experience in the mining industry. From 2016 to the present, they have held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Route1. Prior to this, they served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Chieftain Metals Corp. from 2012 to 2016, where they played a role in advancing the Tulsequah Chief mining project. From 2010 to 2015, they were President and CEO of Portex Minerals Inc., a mining exploration and development company with properties in Portugal and Spain. Throughout their career, Peter Chodos has honed their expertise in corporate development, financial management, and leadership within the mining sector.

Peter Chodos attended McGill University from 1968 to 1972, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Economics. Peter then attended Harvard Business School from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained an MBA degree.
