Edecio Martinez

Edecio Martinez, also known as Ed, is a seasoned Technology Leader with over 45 years of experience in enterprise communications. They served as Regional Service Director at General Signal Network, Inc. from 1991 to 2000, managing operations across the Northeastern United States and Canada. Following that, Ed worked at Nortel as Regional Director from 2000 to 2005 and as North American Operation Business Leader from 2005 to 2009. Since 2009, Ed has been the Global Service Director at Avaya, overseeing a global voice and contact center infrastructure for Morgan Stanley.
