Hemant Karnad

Hemant Karnad is currently the Head of Sales Operations for APAC at Avaya, where they lead initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration and drive revenue maximization across diverse markets including ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and India. Previously, they held various positions in sales operations and management at companies such as Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems/Oracle India, and Compaq India, where they focused on sales productivity, revenue forecasting, and deal management. Hemant's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from ICFAI Business School.
