Ivan P.

Ivan P. is an accomplished IT Services Program Manager and a dedicated customer success leader. They have extensive experience in technology-based service delivery, having worked at Avaya from 2015 to 2022 in various leadership roles, including Managed Services Lead and Technical Manager. Prior to that, Ivan served as a Tier III Engineer at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs innovations in 2000. Ivan holds both a BSc and MSc in Engineering, Informatics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, obtained between 1995 and 2001, along with a college degree in Science from Demphe College.
