Jean Najm

Jean Najm is currently working as a Customer Solutions Architect at Avaya since February 2020. Previously, Jean held various positions at Tetracom from September 2001 to January 2020, including Head of UC, Development & Innovation Department, Technical Manager in the UC & CC Enterprise Department, Senior Presales Engineer, and Site Engineer. Jean holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering with a Telecom option from the University of Balamand, a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from Shaney Institute of Health Sciences, and completed high school at Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour.
