Jeff Aigner

Jeff Aigner is a Lead Software Engineer at Avaya, where they architect and implement hybrid cloud systems for real-time phone media and computer telephony integration. Previously, Jeff served as a Senior Software Engineer at ACTIV Financial Systems, Inc., developing automation tools and optimizing web-based applications. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Programmer and Systems Administrator at United Dental Resources Corporation and Group One Investments, where they designed and managed various web-based systems. Jeff is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology and has co-invented several patents in the VoIP space.
