Jeff Johnson is a Principal Enterprise Cloud Architect with extensive expertise in System Architecture, Customer Experience, and Professional Services. Currently serving as an Avaya Solution Architect, they have a strong background in Unified Communication and Contact Center Applications. Jeff has held various technical roles at AT&T and Lucent, where they directed teams and improved product installation processes. They have spearheaded numerous projects, including the migration of large communication systems to cloud-based environments and the development of innovative Python scripts for traffic analysis and personal weather predictions. Jeff is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Telecommunications at the University of Colorado Boulder.
