Jeff Karas is currently the Sr. Director of Product Management for Workforce Engagement Management & Analytics at Avaya. They previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Uniphore from 2021 to 2024 and have extensive experience in product management roles at companies such as Vonage, Genesys, and inContact. Jeff began their career in the US Army as an NCO, later transitioning to engineering roles at NEC Electronics and Applied Materials. Jeff holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and is pursuing an MS in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
