Jon Sparks

Jon Sparks is a Systems Architecture Director at Avaya, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as the Director of Platform Services at Edify from 2019 to 2024, and have extensive experience in IT management and software engineering, including roles at Prime Rate Lending and Sharpen. Jon co-founded EVC Studios, where they worked as a Web Developer from 2008 to 2014, and was an Audio Manager at Anderson University's Reardon Auditorium from 2005 to 2010. They began their career in technology as an Installer/Computer IT at Mars Home Audio and as a Jr. UI Designer at Autobase, Inc. Jon earned a BA in Information Systems from Anderson University from 2005 to 2010.
