Mark Clugston has a background in telecommunications and engineering, starting their career as a Field Service Engineer at Octel Communications. Throughout their career, Mark worked their way up to Senior Customer Service Engineer at both Lucent and Avaya. Additionally, Mark gained experience as a Voice/Data Technician at Cardone Industries and a Customer Service Technician II at Aastra. Prior to their formal career, Mark worked under their father in a Telecommunications Cabling Company. Mark graduated from Roxborough High School in 1988.
