Mark Rowan is a retired Senior Solutions Architect and Engineering professional with extensive experience in the Enterprise and Service Provider IT and Telecom market segments. Previously, as a Solution Architect at Avaya Inc from 2009 to present, Mark led business development and complex solution design for global customers in contact center and unified communications. Prior to that, Mark served as a Solutions Consultant at Nortel from 2005 to 2007. Mark holds a Master of Science in Telecom Engineering and Management from the SMU Lyle School of Engineering, earned between 1994 and 1997.
