Michael Christopher

Michael Christopher is a results-oriented and customer-focused UC lead currently working as a Program Director at Avaya, managing nearly 200 engineers and supporting multiple SSA programs. They previously served as Operations Manager for Avaya Government Solutions, overseeing the world’s largest VoIP network with over 80,000 users. Michael has held various leadership roles, including President of Lightkeeper Technology and Director of Technology Services at TechFirst, where they managed large contracts and developed project proposals. They hold multiple certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Mitel SX200 ICP Certified, and possess degrees in Electronic Engineering and Information Systems from Anne Arundel Community College and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively.
