Steve Brunsdon

Steve Brunsdon has extensive experience in telecommunications and network services, beginning as a Trainee in the Main Exchange Installation department at GEC Telecommunications from 1974 to 1985, where responsibilities included the commissioning of public network exchanges. Steve transitioned to Lloyds TSB between 1999 and 2002 as a Technical Design Authority/Technical Specialist, focusing on telephony infrastructure and strategic design guidelines. Prior roles include Technical Systems Specialist at TSB, implementing integrated call centers, and Senior Communications Technician at TSB Trust Company, managing a multi-switch network and developing a significant database system. Steve also served as an Infrastructure Solutions Architect at Lloyds Banking Group, setting standards and defining strategic direction, and currently works as a part-time contractor with Avaya. Steve holds a City and Guilds degree from the University of Wolverhampton, earned between 1974 and 1979.
