At WhatsApp, Chris was a Senior Technical Program Manager leading initiatives for video and voice calling, and at Amazon Web Services, Chris managed the product development for Alexa’s voice search engine utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence. Chris’s career began as the Director of New Media at Classical California, where strategic vision and product roadmap were defined to modernize a traditional broadcast organization. Educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a Master of Communication Management from USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
