Steve Baker

Steve Baker is an experienced professional in the utilities and public works sectors, currently serving as an Account Manager at Rouzer Group since December 2018, focusing on North Dakota and Northern Minnesota. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Public Works for the Village of Bangor from June 2009 to January 2018, and as Electrical Superintendent at Elbow Lake Municipal Power from 1999 to 2009. Steve Baker began their career as a Journeyman Lineman in the Village of Prairie du Sac, WI, from March 1997 to April 1999. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southwest Minnesota State University, alongside multiple management certifications and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Steve Baker holds a Journeyman Lineman certification from Chippewa Valley Technical College and a Job Training & Safety Education certification from Municipal Electric Utilities of Wisconsin.
