ROVE / APPAR is a civil organization that helps (future) entrepreneurs to increase their competitiveness and the added value created by them. 

We educate and inform our target group continuously, we help them attract capital and build relationships, and we work towards shaping the perception of entrepreneurs in society to be more positive.

We believe that the strengthening of business confidence and the efficient use of local resources make our community move forward – and it is this community, whose advocacy we have undertaken.
