Chad Prohaska

Chad Prohaska is a seasoned professional in program management and risk enforcement with extensive experience at Amazon and Rover.com. Currently serving as Manager of Program Management at Amazon since April 2022, Chad previously held the position of Senior Manager for Safety & Enforcement at Rover.com since May 2018. Chad has a long history with Amazon, including roles as Manager of Program Management for Worldwide Enforcement & Policy, Manager of Associates Enforcement, and several investigative positions within the Transaction Risk Management Systems (TRMS) focused on fraud detection and process improvement. With a strong background in developing risk strategies and optimizing business policies for the largest affiliate program globally, Chad has effectively led teams and initiatives to combat fraud while utilizing Lean Methodology to enhance systems and processes.
