James P. has a diverse work experience in the field of design. James most recently served as the Director of Product Design at Rover.com starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director of Product Design at Chewy from 2021 to 2022. James also has experience at T-Mobile, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Omnichannel Customer Experience from 2020 to 2021, Senior Manager of User Experience from 2018 to 2020, and Senior User Experience Lead from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior User Experience Consultant at Matisia Consultants in 2016 and as an Art Director & User Experience Specialist at TRAY Creative from 2011 to 2016. James started their career as a Graphic Designer at Electric Pen in 2009, a Freelance Designer at Peterson Designs in 2009, a Designer at Union Graphics from 2008 to 2009, and a Design Intern at The Orion in 2007.
