Jon S. is a multidisciplinary design leader with over a decade of experience in driving innovation through human-centered design. They have grown a freelance design practice into an acclaimed graphic design studio and held leadership roles at various organizations, including USAA and Rover.com. Jon’s expertise encompasses user research, design thinking, and team development, resulting in numerous awards and successful projects that have significantly increased profit and user engagement. Currently, Jon is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Shepherd University while contributing as a Senior Manager of Product Design at Rover.com.
