Stephen L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephen started their career as a School Owner and Main Instructor at Oom Yung Doe Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Stephen then joined Starbucks in 2004 and held roles as a Store Manager, Licensed Stores District Manager, and eventually became a District Manager, working there until 2017. In 2017, Stephen took on the role of a Caregiver for a terminally ill family member before joining Rover.com in 2018. At Rover.com, they worked as an Operations Manager, then as a Senior Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Trust and Safety Customer Operations.
