Bryan Barthel's work experience begins in 2015 when they worked as a Welding Engineering Intern for Areva Inc. There, they gained hands-on experience in welding and learned about designing and constructing nuclear reactors. In 2016, they worked as an Engineering Intern for Worthington Industries, where they gained experience in 3D modeling and participated in a Kaizan event to improve manufacturing processes. In 2017, Bryan worked as a Welding Engineer for Enterprise Welding & Fabricating, Inc. and later as a Manufacturing Engineer for Kenworth Truck Co. In 2019, they joined Worthington Industries again, this time as a Manufacturing Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, Bryan started working as a System Engineer II for RoviSys.
