Systems Engineer II at RoviSys

Jackson Chilberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jackson most recently worked at RoviSys as a Systems Engineer I starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Production Associate at Tesla from May 2021 to August 2021, where they worked on autonomous assembly lines, made continuous improvement suggestions, and participated in training videos and in-person training.

In 2020, Jackson worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern - Process Management at Artone LLC from June 2020 to January 2021. Jackson served as a cross-functional employee throughout various areas of the manufacturing warehouse, led the identification of best-case and worst-case scenarios for new assembly operations, and was involved in designing a new non-autonomous packaging assembly station.

Jackson also has experience as a Metal Worker at Metal Supermarkets from March 2020 to June 2020, where they provided metal cutting and shearing services and assisted with material service duties. In addition, they worked as a Goalie Coach at Athens Youth Hockey from January 2019 to March 2020, developing and running goalie practice drills, providing one-on-one instruction, and maintaining a positive team environment for youth hockey goalies.

Jackson'searliest work experience was as a Harbor Associate at Holiday Harbor Marina from May 2017 to August 2019. In this role, they provided service to marina customers, performed maintenance tasks, and assisted with US Customs requirements for international travelers.

Jackson Chilberg attended St. Francis High School in Hamburg, NY from 2013 to 2017, where they earned an Advanced Regents Diploma in General Studies. Jackson then went on to Ohio University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician with a minor in Business. Jackson studied at Ohio University from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Jackson Chilberg has obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they earned a 2019 Quality Certification from the Architectural Woodwork Institute. Jackson also obtained the Certified Manufacturing Specialist (CMS) certification from the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) in April 2022. Furthermore, they completed certifications in HandlingTool Operation & Programming from FANUC America Corporation in June 2023, as well as Lean Six Sigma and Project Management from Ohio University in May 2022.
