Jared Devries Aphr

Jared deVries has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jared began their career as an Assistant Head Swim Coach at Aurora Shores Homeowners Assoc from June 2013 to June 2016. Jared later worked as a Lifeguard at Metropolitan Pool Service Co from June 2015 to June 2016. Jared then transitioned to Starbucks, where they served as a Barista from September 2015 to May 2017.

In 2017, Jared joined Duquesne University as a Desk Aide, a role they held from August 2017 to May 2018. Jared subsequently worked at the Cleveland Clinic as a Behavioral Aide in their intensive treatment program for children with ADHD, from May 2018 to August 2018.

Jared continued to gain experience at Kent State University, where they held two positions. From September 2018 to December 2020, they worked as a Research Coordinator in the Neuropsychology Research Laboratory, handling diverse responsibilities such as maintaining documentation, ensuring protocol compliance, and monitoring participant progress. Simultaneously, from January 2019 to December 2020, they served as a Sr. Desk Associate in Residence Services, overseeing a team of student workers, managing schedules, and providing various administrative services.

In 2020, Jared joined Proactive Behavior Services as a Human Resources Assistant, supporting various HR functions. Their responsibilities there concluded in January 2021. Jared continued with the company, this time as a Human Resources Assistant, until July 2022, during which they worked with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, implementing ABA therapy strategies, and maintaining progress notes.

Currently, Jared deVries works at RoviSys as a Human Resources Generalist, a position they have held since July 2022.

Jared deVries, aPHR, obtained their B.S. in Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology from Kent State University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School from 2013 to 2017, although no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period. Jared also holds the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from the HRCI, which they obtained in November 2022.
