Jeff Rericha

Jeff Rericha has a diverse work experience in project management, technology solutions, and process improvement. Jeff currently works at RoviSys as a Manager, overseeing a team of engineers and assisting manufacturers in enhancing their operations through innovative technology solutions. Prior to this role, they worked as a Program Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and a Project Manager - Global Business Systems at RoviSys.

Before joining RoviSys, Jeff worked at Eaton for several years. Jeff served as a Project Manager, deploying enterprise applications to Eaton's corporate functions globally. Jeff was also the Process Owner of a key Enterprise IT process, responsible for enhancing and deploying the process, tools, and training for project management knowledge. Jeff also led projects as a Project Manager on the Engineering Center of Excellence PMO team in Eaton's Industrial Sector. In addition, they were a Business Intelligence Functional Analyst, leading the implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for the Electrical Sector's Canadian business.

Jeff's earlier work experience includes a role as a Six-Sigma Consultant - Yellow Belt at Dominion.

Jeff Rericha has a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from Miami University. Additionally, they hold a Masters degree in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University.
