Michael Ritz

Michael Ritz began their work experience in 1995 as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Nucor Corporation, where they were responsible for starting up and overseeing the electrical maintenance department. Michael then moved on to become the Director of Procurement at International Steel Group (now Arcelor Mittal Steel) in 2002. In 2006, Ritz joined Arcelormittal as a Lead Engineer until 2013. Afterwards, they became the Division Manager of Maintenance and Engineering at Warren Steel Holdings in 2013. Ritz's most recent role was as a Senior Engineer at RoviSys, starting in 2016.

Michael Ritz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Math, and Naval Science at Marquette University from 1982 to 1985. Michael then pursued further education in Nuclear Engineering at the Naval Nuclear Power School from 1985 to 1986. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer in November 2015 from the Professional Engineer institution.
