Nicholas Bennett

Nicholas Bennett, SHRM-CP has a diverse work history in the field of human resources. Nicholas began their career as a HR Intern in the Volunteer Department at Summa Health in 2017.

In 2016, they worked as a Student Intern for the Lake/Geauga Area Chapter Society For Human Resources Management, gaining valuable experience in the HR field.

Nicholas then transitioned to RoviSys, where they held various roles including Human Resources Co-op from 2017 to 2018, Human Resource Assistant from 2018 to 2020, and HR Generalist from 2020 to present. Nicholas was promoted to Lead HR Generalist in July 2023.

Additionally, Nicholas worked as a Concession Stand Attendant for the Lake County Captains from 2012 to 2017, demonstrating their ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nicholas Bennett, SHRM-CP, received their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Akron. Nicholas attended the University of Akron from 2013 to 2018 to complete their undergraduate studies. In February 2019, Nicholas obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
