Keith McDowell is a Senior ROV Pilot Technician at ROVOP, where they have worked since 2012. Prior to this, they served as a Hydrographic Surveyor in the Royal Navy from 2005 to 2010 and at Neptune Marine Services from 2010 to 2012. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Dundee, obtained in 2002, and attended Friends' School Lisburn from 1991 to 1998.
