Lance Morales

Lance Morales is currently the Integrated Solutions Manager at ROVOP, where they oversee various coordinating tasks in collaboration with project managers. Previously, they served as a Project Operations Manager at C-Innovation, LLC, and held the position of Project Coordinator at the same company prior to that. Lance began their career as a ROV Pilot Technician at Helix Energy Solutions Group and garnered an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wharton County Junior College.
