Glod is the co-founder and CEO of Rowan, building the world's first AI Succession platform. They previously co-founded The Rent Nest (2012–2014) and helped Machinio grow from a startup of 3 to 100+ employees, later overseeing Machinio's acquisition by Liquidity Services in 2018. Glod earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington (2004–2009). They have served as an investor, mentor, and advisor to multiple startups and programs, including NowRx (angel investor, 2018–2024), Metacare (investor, 2022–2024), Interverse (advisor & investor, 2019–2024), Strive (advisor & investor, 2019–2024), Techstars (screening committed, 2019), and Newchip (mentor, 2020–2024).
