We offer counselling to self financing individuals, and to employees through our employee counselling service.  We also offer coaching, supervision and mediation services.  Our team of counsellors, coaches, supervisors and mediators are highly trained professionals with a range of experience.  They help people to live better and achieve their goals by developing self-awareness and confidence, through compassion, support, and challenge.

Rowan provides training both online and in person to individuals and in workplaces.  Courses on offer to individuals are: the COSCA Online Certificate in Counselling Skills, Certificate in Counselling Supervision, Coaching Skills for Counsellors, and Critical Incident Response Training.  In-house workplace courses are available on a wide variety of subjects: Mental Health Awareness and Wellbeing, Mediation Skills, Leadership, Manager Development, and many others.
