Ashley Joyner

Ashley Joyner has been employed as a Tax Collections Assistant at Rowan County since June 2019. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Manager at Sportrax, overseeing retail store operations from October 1999 to March 2019. Ashley is an alumnus of Salisbury High School.
