Ross Crouch

Ross Crouch is a General Manager at Rowden, where they lead an Operating Unit focused on delivering technology in AI/ML, RF, and distributed computing for the UK Government. With over thirteen years of experience in managerial and engineering roles across both public and private sectors, Ross has specialized in Systems Engineering Management and project leadership. Previously, Ross served as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, where they played a key role in major maritime equipment support programs. They hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, obtained in 2005.
