Tom Hydes is a dedicated finance leader with an ACA qualification, boasting over ten years of experience in commercial, operational, and technical accounting. Tom has held prominent roles, including Group Financial Controller at Butternut Box and Head of Group Reporting at Unite Students, where project management and financial reporting were key responsibilities. Currently, Tom serves as the Head of Finance at Rowden, enhancing financial controls and processes. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Engineering from the University of Bristol, Tom is recognized for effectively leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results in challenging environments.
