Deb Northover

Deb Northover is the Business Manager at Rowdy. Deb has over a decade of experience in management, having served as the General Manager at Benex Group Pty Ltd from June 2008 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for profit and loss, business growth and strategic planning, accounts and administration, production, capital equipment expenditure planning, adherence to legislative obligations, personnel, policy and procedure development, oversee installation team, and manage company IP.

During their time at Benex Group Pty Ltd, Northover made a significant contribution to the marketing and branding of the business, including website, marketing material and trade shows. Deb also used their initiative to enter the “Australian Business Awards – Best New Product” which resulted in winning the award. Northover successfully liaised with several lobbyists from different States to pursue State Government Grants and Austrade funding. Additionally, they successfully negotiated with plant staff new Collective Agreement. Finally, Northover managed the development of Quality Assurance and Environmental Management to third party certification.

Northover’s experience and successes have made their an asset to Rowdy. In their current role as Business Manager, they are able to utilize their skillset to contribute to the company’s overall success.

Deb Northover has an associate diploma in business management from the University of New England. Deb is currently pursuing a career in business management.
